・Please provide your flight number when booking. The operator will check your flight schedule with your flight number and will make the arrangement accordingly.
・The transfer service may get canceled due to inclement weather (e.g. typhoon or heavy snow). You will be notified via phone call or email prior to the date of service, and refunds will be issued.
