This is a one-way transfer. Please make a separate booking if you require a round-trip service.

Child seats are available. Please specify how many child seats you need when booking. Basically free of charge, but may be subject to a fee depending on availability.

The vehicles are not pushchair- or wheelchair-accessible.

The driver is Japanese-speaking only.

Please provide your flight number when booking. The operator will check your flight schedule and make arrangements accordingly.

The transfer service may be cancelled due to inclement weather (e.g. typhoon or heavy snow). You will be notified via phone or email prior to the date of service, and refunds will be issued.

For flight delays or cancellations, please contact our customer service (info@omakase-tour.com). You will be given the option of requesting a full refund or rescheduling, but refunds may not be possible depending on the timing of your contact.

The operator reserves the right to refuse your reservation if your group size or number of luggage items does not fit the chosen vehicle on the day of travel.

Service area: only within the 23 wards of Tokyo (Adachi, Arakawa, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Edogawa, Itabashi, Katsushika, Kita, Koto, Meguro, Minato, Nakano, Nerima, Ota, Setagaya, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Suginami, Sumida, Taito, and Toshima). Locations in Kanagawa Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, or outside Tokyo's 23 wards are not served.

Waiting and surcharge: additional waiting fees apply after 1 hour of waiting at the pick-up location. After 2 hours of waiting, a surcharge of ¥3,850 per 30 minutes will be collected. No refunds are issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
