・Please provide your flight number when booking. The operator will check your flight schedule with your flight number and will make the arrangement accordingly
・The transfer service may get canceled due to inclement weather (e.g. typhoon or heavy snow). You will be notified via phone call or email prior to the date of service, and refunds will be issued
・If passengers are unable to participate in the trip due to force majeure situations (flight delay, flight cancelation, etc.), please contact customer service（info@omakase-tour.com） for assistance. You will be given the option of requesting a full refund or rescheduling. However, please note that we may not be able to refund your money depending on the timing of your contact.
