If passengers are unable to participate in the trip due to force majeure situations (flight delay, flight cancellation and similar), please contact customer service at info@omakase-tour.com for assistance. You will be given the option of requesting a full refund or rescheduling. Please note that we may not be able to refund your money depending on the timing of your contact.
The operator has the right to refuse your reservation if your group size or number of bags does not fit in the chosen vehicle on the day of travel.
