Sushi Cruising Dinner Origami: A Luxury Tokyo Bay Experience

Enjoy world-class Edomae sushi, prepared before your eyes by a private chef, while cruising through the stunning Tokyo Bay nightscape with breathtaking city views.

Overview

The Sushi Cruising Dinner ORIGAMI is a private yakatabune cruise on Tokyo Bay, where the timeless tradition of the Japanese pleasure boat meets the pinnacle of Edomae sushi craftsmanship. Not merely a dinner, but a moving feast that marries Tokyo's stunning nightscape with an unparalleled culinary journey, all while gliding through the calm waters of the bay.

The ORIGAMI boat itself is a modern masterpiece designed around a contemporary yet authentically Japanese atmosphere: a polished wooden counter, shoji-screened windows looking onto Tokyo Bay, a small and select group of guests in intimate comfort. As the boat glides along the water, key landmarks of the bay area, such as the Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba, and the glittering city skyline, become your spectacular dining backdrop.

At the counter, an Edomae sushi master prepares the meal piece by piece. Edomae style means aged cuts, subtle marinades, and a vinegar-tuned shari developed in nineteenth-century Tokyo. Seasonal otsumami appetizers, individually crafted nigiri served fresh by the chef, a closing soup and a seasonal dessert: the menu varies with the season and with the chosen course.

The experience offers an immersion into Japanese hospitality and gastronomy that is both traditional and cutting-edge. World-class sushi with a view that constantly transforms, in a setting that maximises the visual experience while maintaining a cozy, high-end feel. An ideal choice for a special occasion, an important business dinner, or an unforgettable evening during your visit to Japan.

The selection of seafood is rigorously sourced from the finest markets, ensuring peak freshness and flavour that embodies the true essence of Edomae-style sushi.
