Fly in style with this helicopter ride from central Tokyo to Mt. Fuji! The heliport is located directly in front of Mt. Fuji, offering you the chance to take close up photos in front of Japan's most iconic mountain.

Your 30 minute flight from Tokyo will take you to the Fuji Oshino Heliport, located at the base of Mount Fuji and 20-minute car journey to Lake Kawaguchi and a 10-minute drive to Lake Yamanaka, both part of the Fuji Five Lakes.

Meet your guide in the lobby and move to Tokyo Heliport by taxi.

Fly to Fuji Osino Heliport from 9:00 to 9:35.

Fuji Oshino Heliport

The taxi and driver will be waiting for you there. Move to Oshino Hakkai by taxi with a guide.

Oshino Hakkai

Oshino Hakkai is a small village centered around eight ponds filled with crystal clear water that flows directly from the snowmelt of Mt. Fuji. The area is part of the Mt. Fuji UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site, and used to be a site of Buddhist worship, where followers purified themselves in the ponds prior to climbing Mt. Fuji.

You can see Mt. Fuji reflected in the pond's pure waters, and visit the open-air museum of Hannoki Bayashi Shiryokan.

Kawaguchi Asama Shrine

The Kawaguchi Asama Shrine was built as a place to worship Japan's most famous mountain, Mt. Fuji, and thus boasts spectacular views of the mountain and surrounding countryside. Walk to the tenku no torii (gate in the sky) to take a photo of Mt. Fuji through picturesque red torii gates.

Lunch

Stop for a breather at one of Kawaguchiko's local restaurants. The guide will choose a restaurant based on your dietary requirements. We recommend trying the local delicacy - hoto noodles.

Ide Sake Brewery

Nestled near the shore of Lake Kawaguchiko is the Ide Sake Brewery, a family run sake shop which has been in business for almost 100 years.

The brewery uses spring water fresh from Mt. Fuji in their sake. High quality water is essential for sake production, thus the Ide Brewery produces high quality and pure sake. Inside, you will learn about the history and process of making sake, and you will be able to see around the facility. After that, you can taste test different kinds of sake and purchase your favourites.

Oishi Park

Relax in Oishi Park, a small park with superb views of Mt. Fuji and various seasonal flowers. The park is a famous spot for taking photos of Mt. Fuji framed by flowers. Here you can relax while drinking the sake that you bought in the sake brewery, or take a short stroll down the 350m-long Flower Road, especially scenic in autumn when the kochia plants bloom bright red.

Fuji Oshino Heliport

Fly to Tokyo Heliport from 15:30 to 16:05.

Tokyo Heliport（16:05）Back to your hotel with a guide and finish the tour around 16:30.

Helicopter Weight Restrictions

Please note that each helicopter has weight restrictions. If the total weight of all passengers, including your guide and luggage, exceeds the aircraft's regulated limit, a larger helicopter will need to be arranged. The average weight of a guide is approximately 50kg to 70kg.

This helicopter can accommodate significantly more weight compared to the 3-seater. While there is cargo space, it is not very large, so we may ask you to send oversized luggage separately.
